Pheonix’s are constantly cycling from burning out to rebirth, much like people with chronic illnesses who are in a constant cycle of managing their illnesses from good moments to not so good moments.

Octopi’s can camouflage and blend in with their environment.
They cling to the familiar and can squish themselves into small spaces to avoid uncomfortable situations, just like people with mental health issues do.
